Dealers Warehouse Moves Trade Show Online

Dealers Warehouse has outlined how it will utilize state-of-the-art technology to offer its customers a truly unique experience following the company's decision to cancel its traditional April Trade Show in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. This event will make it possible for its entire customer base to take advantage of promotional buying opportunities, browse through new, exciting products, and enter to win over 200 prizes without ever having to leave their stores.

Through Dealers' new platform, customers can easily visit vendor’s “online booths”, listen to keynotes from product suppliers, browse product lines, product trends and more. To offer their customers greater flexibility, the online Trade Show will take place during a two-week window, running from August 10 through August 21.

While the Online Trade Show itself is live during a two-week window, Dealers plans to keep the site permanently to expand it into an online product training center. "It is our hope that Dealers Warehouse's new technology will enable our customer base to learn more about the products we offer and how to highlight those products to increase their stores' sales."

In many ways, the Online Trade Show is a testament to how Dealers Warehouse is harnessing technology to provide solutions for its customers. Other examples of Dealers Warehouse's recent tech-focused solutions include the roll-out of its online resource center and millwork configurator. New upgrades to Dealers Warehouse's website and warehouse bar-coding improvements are in the works to be the next big tech upgrades at Dealers Warehouse.
